1. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients can cancel or reschedule their session directly through their account on the Coachify platform.
2. Refund Policy
- Cancellations More Than 24 Hours in Advance: If a client cancels their session more than 24 hours before the scheduled time, they are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations Within 24 Hours: If a client cancels their session less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, they will not receive a refund and will be liable to pay the full session amount.
3. Confirmation Email
Once a cancellation or rescheduling has been processed, the client will receive an email confirming the new session status. This email will also include information on whether the client is entitled to a refund based on the timing of their cancellation.
4. Rescheduling
Clients are welcome to reschedule their session through their account. However, rescheduling within 24 hours of the session time will be subject to the same refund conditions as cancellations.
